shipping & return policy

Orders received before 2:00 EST are normally shipped the same day via Fed Ex. Shipping charges vary and will show up on your cart. Delivery time ranges from next day on the East Coast to approx. 5 business days for West Coast customers. AK/HI orders are shipped via priority mail. If an item is out of stock we will notify you with estimated shipping date for your approval. We offer free shipping for purchases that are $199 or more, except for large items such as mattresses. We do have free shipping specials on our mattresses so check the website for updates.

At BM Organics customers come first. We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item in its original packaging, unused with receipt within 15 days for a refund or store credit. If the item is damaged we will replace at no charge. If you change your mind, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer.

Please call us at 954.533.3282 for a return authorization prior to returning any product. There are no refunds or exchanges on mattresses, pillows, or any bedding items.
